Our Work

This is how we make a difference, for people and for Denmark.

You can be “integrated on paper” - and still feel left out. You can have a job and housing - and still miss connection, meaning, and conversation.

It’s hard to contribute if you’re not okay. If you feel alone, misunderstood or constantly on high alert.

Many people in Denmark struggle with more than can be seen from the outside.

Not because they don't want to engage, but because life – and the system – can be overwhelming.

Expertise

In Faglighed, we make knowledge accessible.
We work with experts to create tools that make everyday life more manageable.

How do you handle conflict at work?

What do you do when you feel stuck or unseen?

How do you find calm in a culture you’re still trying to understand?

When people feel better, they participate more. And that strengthens us all.

Take a stand to help Denmark live up to its values.

Support smarter policy and stronger communities - get involved today.

Change

In Forandring, we gather the perspectives that institutions rarely ask for.
We listen. We document.
We add context.

And we develop proposals that make life better - for the people affected, and for the systems meant to serve them.

When more people are taken seriously, Denmark gets smarter.

Many people want to contribute to Denmark.
But their voices go unheard.

We hear there’s a labor shortage.

Yet qualified people are still rejected.

We say we have a strong welfare state.

Yet some keep falling through the cracks.

And when lived experience doesn’t match public narratives, frustration grows.

Community

Fællesskab isn’t just about hygge. It’s about belonging. It’s about knowing someone. Being invited. Having access to knowledge, to dialogue, to something bigger than yourself.
We create spaces where people meet across differences.

Citizens and politicians. Academics and workers. Newcomers and those who have been here for generations.

Here we build what algorithms can’t: trust, understanding, and a sense of belonging.

Because everyday life feels better when you feel like you’re part of it.
